Mr. Willis Lansford Turner, age: 72 Of: Waverly, TN Died: Friday, October 9, 2020 at Three Rivers Hospital. He was born August 31, 1948 in Waverly, TN. Mr. Turner was a retired Vietnam Army Veteran, member of Salter’s Chapel AME Church and the American Legion in Paris, TN. He loved cars, especially his 1970 GTX, and his motorcycle “The Ghost”. He was also an avid Corvette enthusiast. Visitation will be held from 9:00am until service time Thursday, October 22nd at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Turner will be conducted at 11:00am Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Humphreys County Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Everett Hobson officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00pm in the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors. *The family strongly recommends that everyone in attendance wear a mask.
